The BodyCraft® X2 Home Gym 2-weight stacks offer everything: great price, best quality, and the widest variety of exercises of any gym available. The BodyCraft® X2 Home Gym combines traditional features with New Age cable stations. Hip Station allows you to perform standing inner and outer thigh exercises as well as others. The exercises posters are intended to attach permanently to the machine. Attach the four poster plates (black steel plates) to all sides and then attach the posters using the double-sided tape already applied to the back of the posters. Each poster on the BodyCraft® X2 Home Gym is specific to its given station. They can be rotated upwards to find the correct positions for cable flies, dumbbell (converging) presses, and decline and incline presses. At the top of the semi-circle on the BodyCraft® X2 Home Gym, the cable handles are positioned perfectly for shoulder presses
